Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze claims, negotiate settlements and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manager client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline claims handling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling.

Requirements:

  • Min. 8 years experience in insurance claims handling or advocacy
  • Min. 4 years team handling experience on paper.
  • Graduation (Graduation in Law, Insurance or Business Administration is preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem - solving skills.

Good to Have:

Certification on AIC, AINS, Cert CII or Advocacy / Mediation

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Working Days: 5 days in a month from Office (May vary if business requires)
