We're Hiring: Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts

Looking for a skilled CA professional with 2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing / auditing in Big 4 ! Join our dynamic team and play a key role in fixed asset management, statutory audit coordination, and ensuring compliance with IND AS/IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financial Statements - Quarterly Financials as per SEBI LODR and Annual Financials.
• Fixed Asset & Depreciation Management: Oversee asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
• Audit Management: Manage quarterly audits, liaise with auditors, and prepare financial statements.
• Compliance & SOP: Ensure adherence to IND AS and CARO compliance.
• Capex & Payroll: Track Capex flows, prepare budgets, and supervise payroll & forex accounting.
• Process Improvements: Contribute to financial process enhancements and maintain accurate records.

Qualification:

• CA with 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry / auditing in Big 4 preferred or CA Fresher with auditing experience in Big 4.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
