Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in daily business operations, including setting objectives, developing strategies, and overseeing team performance.
Take on leadership duties, including supervising team members and stepping in for the Manager when required.
Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive and streamlined business processes.
Maintain accurate and organized records, reports, and documentation in line with company policies.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of business plans, strategic initiatives, and performance goals.
