Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment support, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
- Vendor Management and Statutory Compliance
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Submit accurate and timely reports related to HR activities.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Understanding of HR policies and processes, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, budgeting, and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-organized and a leader.
Qualification
Graduates/Post Graduates Degree from a reputed University/Institute.
5 plus years experience in a Human Resource position.
