Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment support, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
  • Vendor Management and Statutory Compliance
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports related to HR activities.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Understanding of HR policies and processes, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, budgeting, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organized and a leader.

Qualification

Graduates/Post Graduates Degree from a reputed University/Institute.

5 plus years experience in a Human Resource position.
