Key Result Areas:
- Understand client needs deeply and recommend the best-fit product/solutions.
- Perform stakeholder mapping at the customer side and build strong relationships through regular meetings and check-ins.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, actively pursuing them through to closure.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders; key metrics include churn reduction and account growth.
- Drive adoption and scale of product/channel usage at the customer end, contributing to revenue growth.
- Serve as a single point of contact for ad-hoc product queries, suggesting best practices and updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on onboarding and Go-Live processes for new use cases across channels like SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and RCS.
