Job Description

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management roles.
  • Good understanding of the CPaaS industry and its technology landscape.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, Email, RCS, and Voice technology.
  • Knowledge of using tools like Salesforce, JIRA, ZENDESK etc.

Role Overview:


Looking for a professional with 2-5 years of customer-facing experience. The resource will provide unrivaled product knowledge and proven skills to help customers increase channel and product adoption of SINCH.

Key Result Areas:

  • Understand client needs deeply and recommend the best-fit product/solutions.
  • Perform stakeholder mapping at the customer side and build strong relationships through regular meetings and check-ins.
  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, actively pursuing them through to closure.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders; key metrics include churn reduction and account growth.
  • Drive adoption and scale of product/channel usage at the customer end, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for ad-hoc product queries, suggesting best practices and updates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on onboarding and Go-Live processes for new use cases across channels like SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and RCS.
