About the Organization

Lal PathLabs Foundation is the CSR arm of Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd. and its group companies, one of Indias leading diagnostic healthcare organizations. The Foundation focuses on public health and healthcare skill development to create scalable and sustainable impact for underserved communities.

Its flagship initiative, the LPL Academy for Laboratory Medicine, runs a large-scale Phlebotomist Training Program aimed at bridging the gap of trained healthcare professionals while creating sustainable livelihoods, especially for rural youth and women.

Job Summary

The role is designed for a result-oriented CSR professional with a strong focus on CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships (6070%), along with program management and monitoring (30 - 40%).

The position requires end-to-end ownership of CSR fund mobilization, donor relationship management, and partnership development, while ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of CSR projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

A. CSR Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships (Primary Focus 60 - 70%)

  • Drive CSR fundraising strategy and execution to mobilize funds for Foundation programs.
  • Identify and build a strong pipeline of corporate donors across sectors such as healthcare, pharma, BFSI, manufacturing, IT, infrastructure etc.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with CSR heads, corporate foundations, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead the complete fundraising lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, MoU finalization, and fund closure.
  • Develop high-quality proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and budgets aligned with CSR priorities and Schedule VII guidelines.
  • Maintain and track donor pipeline, engagement status, and conversion through structured systems or CRM.
  • Plan and manage donor engagement, including meetings, site visits, partner reviews, and showcase events.
  • Strengthen the positioning of Lal PathLabs Foundation in the healthcare skilling and livelihood space for sustained partnerships and repeat funding.

Donor Management & Communication

  • Ensure structured and timely communication with all CSR partners.
  • Prepare impact reports, utilization reports, and periodic updates aligned with donor requirements.
  • Convert program data into clear impact narratives, case studies, and communication material.
  • Support branding, visibility, and partner recognition through coordinated communication efforts.

Program & Project Management (30 - 40%)

  • Monitor end-to-end implementation of CSR projects with a focus on quality, target, timelines, and compliance.
  • Work closely with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure target achievement and program effectiveness.
  • Support the setup and expansion of training centers, ensuring compliance with HSSC / NCVT guidelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct periodic field visits, program reviews, and partner meetings; document findings and corrective actions.
  • Lead partner management, including identification, due diligence, onboarding, MoU execution, and performance review.
  • Track fund utilization and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance processes are followed.

MIS, Monitoring & Reporting

  • Manage and maintain MIS systems with updated project, financial, and operational data.
  • Track key program indicators, analyse performance, and generate insights for decision making.
  • Ensure timely submission of all reports, including program progress, utilization certificates, and impact assessments.
  • Maintain proper documentation, including reports, case studies, photographs, and audit ready records.

Cross-functional Coordination & Growth

  • Work closely with program, finance, M&E, marketing etc teams for seamless execution.
  • Support the development of new projects, expansion plans, and partnership models.
  • Contribute to organizational visibility through events, stakeholder engagement, and external forums.
  • Support employee engagement and volunteering initiatives aligned with CSR programs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Rural Management, Masters in Social Work / Development Studies / Public Policy, or related fields.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or development sector roles.
  • Proven track record of mobilizing CSR funds and managing corporate partnerships end-to end.
  • Experience in overall program/project management in healthcare, skill development, or livelihood programs will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CSR regulations under the Companies Act and donor expectations.

  • High-quality proposal writing and presentation ability.
  • Strong execution focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset for data tracking, MIS, and performance review.
  • Good understanding of program management, compliance, and reporting systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM/MIS tools preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and partner engagement.
