1. Experience of Design and development of sheet metal and plastic parts of Split Ac.

2. Knowledge of Sheet metal and plastic material selection

3. Knowledge of Design review ,DFM,DFA and Mould flow analysis.

4. Knowledge of New Product development process of SAC.

5. Experience of 3D/2D design readiness as per NPD schedule.

6. Exposure of VAVE/Product quality improvement related to Sheet Metal and Plastic parts.

7. Knowlege of performance and reliability testing related to SAC.

8. Knowledge of tooling and related machines required for sheet metal and plastic parts prodcution.

9. Knowledge of costing of Sheet metal and plastic parts.

10. Competitor Product benchmarking.

11. Co-ordination with cross functional deptt.
