Job Description

Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership & Growth Execution

  • - Achieve revenue and GMV targets for your assigned Line of Business.
  • - Monitor performance against AOP and optimize for ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
  • - Identify growth opportunities using user insights, sales funnel analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

Digital Growth Initiatives

  • - Design and execute digital campaigns (CRM, SEO/SEM, Push, In-app, Web) to drive conversions and repeat usage.
  • - Implement experiments such as A/B tests, micro-journey improvements, and bundling strategies to improve conversion rate and order value.
  • - Partner with Product and Tech teams to improve user experience and remove drop-offs.

Category & Partner Management

  • - Collaborate with airport category teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to align on stock, pricing, assortment, and customer service.
  • - Launch and manage promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and merchant partnerships.

Data & Reporting

  • - Use dashboards and performance reports to monitor KPIs and identify issues proactively.
  • - Create weekly and monthly business review decks with actionable insights and next steps.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute preferred.

3-6 years of experience in growth, category management, e-commerce, or business operations.
