Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Growth Execution
- - Achieve revenue and GMV targets for your assigned Line of Business.
- - Monitor performance against AOP and optimize for ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
- - Identify growth opportunities using user insights, sales funnel analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Digital Growth Initiatives
- - Design and execute digital campaigns (CRM, SEO/SEM, Push, In-app, Web) to drive conversions and repeat usage.
- - Implement experiments such as A/B tests, micro-journey improvements, and bundling strategies to improve conversion rate and order value.
- - Partner with Product and Tech teams to improve user experience and remove drop-offs.
Category & Partner Management
- - Collaborate with airport category teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to align on stock, pricing, assortment, and customer service.
- - Launch and manage promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and merchant partnerships.
Data & Reporting
- - Use dashboards and performance reports to monitor KPIs and identify issues proactively.
- - Create weekly and monthly business review decks with actionable insights and next steps.
Qualifications
MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute preferred.
3-6 years of experience in growth, category management, e-commerce, or business operations.
