Role Objective:
The primary objective of this role is to manage and execute monthly and periodic management reporting for the India Business. Additionally, the incumbent will act as a key functional contributor to the company's Digitization and Automation initiatives, ensuring financial data is streamlined and actionable for decision support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MIS & Budgeting:
- Compute and report sales and incentives for the India Business, specifically focusing on the Diabetic and Cardio teams.
- Finalize Revenue Targets for both Corporate and Field levels as part of the Annual Operating Plans.
- Prepare comprehensive MIS and Variance Analysis (Budget vs. Actual) for divisions and products at defined frequencies.
Financial Evaluation & Analysis:
- Evaluate financials and cash flows for the appointment of new stockists.
- Perform monthly inter-territory sales adjustments for field reporting accuracy.
- Conduct financial reviews of business plans, comparing actuals against projections for new products and expansions.
- Generate ad-hoc reports to provide critical evaluation and decision support for management.
Automation Projects:
- Act as a functional user in the Automation project by providing functional requirements.
- Participate in testing and implementation phases to ensure project deliverables meet defined timelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience and Relevant Skills
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Business partnering in Pharma
- Functional Expertise: Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business Partnering.
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and SAP.
Academic Qualifications & Certifications
- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Area of Expertise: Ability to translate quantitative and technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Comfortable collaborating across various leadership levels.
