Purpose Of Function
Application & Service support at E+H Liquid Analysis India. Provide support for Sales Centres /customers for products, applications, service and application related concerns, questions and tasks. Ensure and improve Sales Centre/customer support & satisfaction.

Requirements and Activities
- Contact person for the Sales Centres in the region for After-Sales (technical and products questions) and Pre-Sales (application consultancy and product selection) tasks for Liquid Analysis
- Use of the established tools, processes and IT infrastructure, e.g. SFDC, SAP
- Build-up and manage the technical environment, tools and infrastructure at E+H LA Division Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
- Complaint Management in collaboration with the service and quality teams of E+H LA in Germany
- Certified Trainer for Service team of Sales Centers and customers, technical/product Trainer for Sales team
- Customer visits with Sales Centre for application consulting, product tests and troubleshooting
- Contact person for customer visits in-house and FATs
- Build-up and manage a regionalized information environment, e.g. in Sharepoint
- Active participation at exhibitions in the region
- Responsible for deploying and executing active product testing and application testing at customer sites and field locations.

- Qualification / Education
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical / electronics / environmental engineering / instrument / automation or related professional Engineering.
- Working experience
- 10 to 15 years of experience in relevant field of application and service support
- Global exposure (International business trips for training, conference, etc.)
- Skills
- Experience in process or environmental industry with a customer-oriented service mindset.
- Strong technical skills and interest in Liquid Analysis
- High cross-cultural and communication skills, international working experience
- Self-motivated, independent and reliable working style
- Fluent in English
