At Medanta Foundation, we are seeking an experienced 'Outreach Professional. The candidate will be the 'Rural Health Reach Program (RHRP) Lead for Haryana under Medanta Foundation. The role involves leading institutional partnerships, generating leads for health camps, and managing field operations for health camps.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership & Partnership Development
- Lead the planning and execution of Health camps in Haryana, aligning with Medanta Foundation's community health objectives
- Build strategic partnerships with spiritual organizations, industry associations, polytechnic colleges, and government institutions
- Generate leads and submit proposals for organizing health camps, with a focus on expanding outreach and engagement
- Serve as the primary representative of Medanta Foundation for networking and partnership-building activities
2. Field Implementation & Camp Management
- Visit potential partner sites and maintain strong on-ground relationships.
- Supervise the end-to-end execution of health camps including team coordination, logistics, stakeholder management, and on-site troubleshooting
- Accompany the health team to designated camp locations and ensure smooth operations and quality service delivery
3. Coordination & Reporting
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Health camps in Haryana under Medanta foundation
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, resource allocation, and data collection
- Ensure proper documentation, impact reporting, and compliance with operational protocols
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Public Health, Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in health or development sector, preferably in field-based roles
- Proven track record in partnership development and program execution
- Existing networks within relevant institutions will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including state officials and field workers
Travel Flexibility -Must be willing to travel to different camp locations
