Responsibilities
Supporting Actions
- Perform payroll administration activities viz. report generation and sending timely communication to the SPOCs
- Ensure accurate payroll reconciliation and adhere to the Payroll Calendar timelines.
- Ensure full & final settlement with accuracy and within timelines.
- Support in monthly, Quarterly & yearly activities related to reporting, compliance and audits
- To assist the finance team for various activities on payroll, compliance, audit etc.
- SLA Management
- Resolve employees queries related to payroll
- Ensuring governance and assurance in all the processes
- Must have knowledge of Oracle Fusion and payroll processing.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Rigor on weekly report with the leads, HRBP and Head to ensure all the processes are intact and SLA's are within the TAT's
- Managing change tactfully and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction though accurate reporting and high quality.
Strategy & Excellence
- High energy and keenness to close the queries related to payroll.
- Hands on experience in advanced excel.
- Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self and overall organization growth.
- To keep on reviewing the processes and systems towards automation.

Qualifications
Full time MBA - HR with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in the domain
