The Deputy Head-Placement will closely work with the Head-Placement and the Director for overall guidance and functioning of the Placement team of the Campus.
Responsibilities
- A systematic and methodical approach in identifying, approaching the potential recruiters across industry segments.
- Planning and implementing business development initiatives with an aim to ensure maximum job offers and provide career opportunities to the students.
- Constantly engaging with current/potential recruiters for networking and to strengthen relationships.
- To ensure, build and sustain long term relationships with corporates and other stakeholders to ensure their visit to the campus on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Should be an MBA in Marketing or a post-graduation in any domain with 15+ years plus experience IN NIRF institute with solid track of placements of management students.
Required Skills
- Candidate with solid networking and relationship experience from management education in similar field 2. Understanding of latest tools and technology will be a huge plus. 3. Minimum 15+ years of experience and should have been in a similar capacity in a management institute of repute 4. Excellent networking and communication skills. 5. Connect with the decision makers/ CEO/ CHROs/ Talent Heads in corporates
