FACOR a unit of Vedanta Limited, is one of India's leading producer and exporter of Ferro Chrome, an essential ingredient to produce stainless steel and specialty steels. It is a fully Integrated business of 150 KTPA Ferro-Chrome production capacity with 1.65 MTPA ROM Production along with 6 Own Mines and a 100 MW Power Plant. With 4X growth vision for Ferro Chrome production operating both at open cast and underground mines and 1.5 MTPA Capacity Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plant, the Organization provides exciting growth prospects for aspiring young leaders and high potentials to take up Significant Leadership roles.

Experience: 15+ Years of Relevant Work Experience

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mining with First Class Mines Manager Certification (UG)

The Successful Candidate:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership across mining operations to achieve business and production goals.
• Oversee mine planning, production, Ore Processing Optimization safety, and environmental compliance.
• Drive innovation in operational efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of mining projects.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Responsible for Liasoning, internal and external stake holder engagement and managing business partners

Desired Attributes:

• Proven Track record of managing large scale UG & OC Mining Operation in metalliferous mining.
• Strong knowledge in mine planning software, regulatory compliance etc.
• Mandatory: Underground FCC and at least 8 years of Underground work Experience.
