- Experience in Budgeting and resource management to ensure financial efficiency and optimal use of resources
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proven experience in operations or management roles; experience in the security services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
