Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Deputy General Manager of Sales to lead our sales initiatives within the Premium and Luxury Residential market segment in the aforementioned cities.
This position's prime responsibility is to develop and increase the business network through channels such as architects, interior designers, project management consultants and builders. Further, understand the new projects that exist and run in the targeted locations to grab the market opportunity, increase the base of customers and thereby maximize the sales.
The person will be responsible for the entire sales of their assigned territories. They will have to manage the sales team assigned to them and assist them in achieving the business goals.
A person who is an effective communicator with excellent communication skills, in English and proficiency in Hindi and applicable local language, with a pleasant personality and is very good at building strong and long-lasting relationships with the channels would be the ideal candidate for this position.
An enthusiastic person who is passionate and motivated about sales and puts all his/her effort in achieving and meeting sales goals.
