Job Description :
Independently draft, negotiate and review a wide range of documents including agreements related to content acquisition & exploitation, merchandising, brand associations, technology related documents, merger & acquisition, joint venture and other company related business.
Be the liaison on all litigation matters.
Draft, review and finalize notices, plaints, suits etc, and brief external counsels and attend court hearings.
Independently co-ordinate with team members and Head of Departments of the company while having a solution- oriented approach.
Independently deal with complex issues, conduct comprehensive research, provide legal opinions on queries, be updated with latest amendments in law and have a quick turnaround time.
Update and maintain internal company processes and systems in a timely manner.
Bachelors of Law (B.L/L.L.B)
