Responsible for overall functions, supervision, coordination & administration of the Lupin's rehab facility /center Atharv Ability at Hyderabad.
To deliver and facilitate delivery of specialist Neuro /spinal/mental rehabilitation services by providing assessment ,investigation & treatment of patients needing rehabilitation services with an objective of enabling patients achieve their maximum potential for physical, cognitive, social and psychological function, & thereby working towards improving their quality of living
To manage P&L of the center/facility & ensure its commercial viability
To manage the team of PTs, OTs, SLTs and other therapists /staff at the center to drive business at the center to meet objectives
To design, implement, facilitate implementation of the rehabilitation functions, policies procedures, protocols and align with the current protocols
To formulate strategy plan and vision for the center /facility that incorporates the strategic goals & objectives with milestones.
To stay up to date with the domain knowledge & skills, laws & policies centering around rehabilitation & ensure the facility /center complies with relevant legislations
To develop marketing plan to position Atharv as the rehab center of choice in the given geography and ensure progressive patient footfalls
To organize and direct efficient & effective operations of the center /facility by managing and collaborating teams/staff
To perform management activities like interviewing, hiring, evaluating, terminating of the staff members
To impart continuous training and in- service education to staff as per professional standards of practice
