Deputy Finance Head of SMO Turnkey India

• Work with Finance Head of SMO Turnkey in executing projects in India
• Liaise with customers on commercial matters and conduct customer meetings and negotiations
• Ensure accuracy of project books, records, and compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines
• Perform financial planning, forecasting, controlling, and reconciliation of project cost, profit, and cash flow
• Oversee bid calculation, contractual Terms and Conditions, and LOA requirements
• Drive contract management, opportunity and claim management strategies throughout the project delivery phase

Desired Skills:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5-7 years of experience with a graduate/post-graduate degree in Finance, CA or CMA
• Experience in commercial bid or project management, ideally in rail or turnkey projects
• Knowledge of project and tender calculations, financial KPIs, project financing models
• Expertise in contract law, international business models, and accounting methods
• Familiarity with contract analysis, negotiations, and working with intercultural teams
