Core Strengths
- Experience in preparation of site plans, grading plans, paving plans, roads, stormwater drainage and sewer details, and other civil plans/details
- High level of proficiency using AutoCAD Civil 3D design package.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microstation
- Coordinate drafting activities with other designers, drafters, and design disciplines
Role / Job Description
- Prepare a range of civil drawings such as site plans, grading plans, paving plans, roads, stormwater drainage and sewer details, and other civil plans/details using Civil 3D software
- Learn and successfully apply company, client, and project drafting standards and procedures
- Execute design changes and project drawing revisions
- Successfully communicate and correspond with internal design resources
Skills
- Knowledge of Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Good learning and understanding capability
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi - disciplinary team
- Self - driven with good management & reporting capabilities.
- Competent user of Microsoft packages like Outlook, Excel & word
- Good understanding of Civil 3D and ability to learn new softwares
Software Competency
AutoCAD and Civil 3D are essential.
Knowledge of other supporting software including Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Office 365, Google Earth is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of OpenRoads Designer and Revit is preferable.
Language Competency
Good English written and verbal skills & ability to interact / coordinate
in a global environment are essential.
