Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with industry, corporate partners, and recruiters.
- Drive internships, live projects, and placement opportunities across programs.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies and employer engagement initiatives.
- Map industry requirements with student competencies and recommend training interventions.
- Lead career advancement programs including employability enhancement and professional readiness.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with companies for sustained engagement.
- Monitor placement metrics, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate with academic departments, placement coordinators, student placement coordinators, alumni, and external stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Management / Engineering / relevant discipline.
- Significant experience in corporate relations, placements, talent acquisition, or industry engagement.
- Proven track record of working with recruiters and achieving placement outcomes.
- Experience in higher education will be preferred.
