Responsibilities
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Data Quality Management: Monitor and improve data quality by identifying match-merge and data quality rules and facilitating data remediation for Supplier master data
- Data Integration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate master data across different systems and platforms.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to master data management standards, processes, and procedures.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
