SC Ops Asst Analyst

Responsibilities

• Dashboard adaption and dashboard refresh in the required frequency (M&W, My Ehs, Power steering etc. )
• Design and creation of new reports based on L3 and L4 requirements
• Extraction of relevant data to conduct ad hoc analysis
• Review SC KPIS
• KPI Analysis and collation of data from all sites
• Reporting on KPIs to BU/Plant Leadership Team and Sector Teams
• Provide Manufacturing field and HQ support (e.g. on site or with reports / analysis / tools / trends)
• Create Newsletter
• Rewards and Recognition Process

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation level education from a certified university with the following competencies:
• Powerbi, Tableaue & Advanced MS Office development and reporting skills
• Master data processing and execution experience
• Time Management
• Attention to details
• Data Analytics
• ERP (SAP, Oracle)
• B2+ English Level
