Deputy Curriculum Head
Role Summary:
Support the Curriculum Head in planning, implementing, and improving the school's academic programs to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in curriculum design and alignment with board standards
Monitor classroom delivery and ensure timely syllabus completion
Mentor teachers and support professional development
Oversee assessments and analyze student performance
Coordinate with department heads on academic planning and execution
Promote innovative and student-centered teaching practices
Requirements:
Master's degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred
5–8 years of teaching experience, including leadership exposure
Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks (CBSE)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Reports to: Principal / Curriculum Head
