Job Description:-
Sales Leadership:
● Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve business objectives in the assigned location.
● Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
● Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
● Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and provide insights for improvement
● Collaborate with the Sales Leaders to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for the assigned location.
Team Management: ● Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. ● Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success. ● Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve and exceed targets
Customer Relationship Management: ● Identify and prioritize target customers and prospects within the assigned location, developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new business. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. ● Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our society management/visitor management solutions. ● Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Planning and Execution: ● Develop a deep understanding of the society management/visitor management industry, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. ● Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute effective lead generation and demand generation activities to support sales efforts. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align strategies and drive sales success.
Mandatory requirements for this position ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). ● Proven track record of at least 8 to 10 years in sales, with a focus on B2B solutions and a strong background in the society management/visitor management industry. ● Previous experience in a leadership role, managing and leading a sales team. ● Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. ● Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs, develop effective solutions, and drive revenue growth. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. ● Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. ● Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. ● Ability to travel within the assigned location and occasionally to other locations as required. ● Geographical knowledge of the job location is an added advantage.
