Oversee the daily performance of nursing staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and corrective feedback to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
Policy & Protocol Development:
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of nursing policies, procedures, and clinical protocols in alignment with hospital standards and best practices.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and support departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and timely resolution of clinical or administrative issues.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, regulatory guidelines (e.g., NABH/JCI), and statutory nursing norms. Monitor nursing documentation, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols.
