Deputy Chief Manager - Program ManagementProgram Management PositionJob Description RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Dynamic Project Management Professional with 10 to 15 years of experience in Pharma industry. Experience in CDMO set-up is highly preferred.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop high-performing Program Management team in matrix environment.
- Capable in customer relationship building, external and internal stakeholder management.
- Strong business acumen for CDMO business model including strategic mindset for pre-sales.
- End-to-end management of CDMO and Generic products portfolio for Digwal.
- Ensuring the delivery of products to customers in timely manner & attracting more business opportunities based on timely delivery of products and customer delight.
- Develop and strengthen PM processes to achieve and exceed OTIF delivery and budget targets for given month, quarter and year.
- Generate attractive proposals capturing thorough details and scenarios a goal of improving win rate from the present level and provide the customer with winning options on the proposal for evaluation.
- Oversight of overall portfolio execution by: (a) Ensuring seamless collaboration for all projects across all functions. (b) Drive decision making with key stakeholders (c) escalations for critical challenges to drive decision making by leadership (d) conducting regular project reviews to understand customer requirements and translating the same into deliverables of the project whilst ensuring the project is meeting the expected delivery schedule.
- To collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver the product to the customer as per Scope, Time, Cost & Quality. Single point of communication with the customer for product delivery.
- To be primary contact for clients to coordinate for setting up Business review meetings, Joint Project team meetings with Piramal and Customer leadership teams. Essential Qualification MSc Chemistry, BTech/MTech Chemical Engineering.
- Strong Analytical and presentation Skills
- Proficient in Smartsheet, MS Office suite including MS Projects, Share Point
- Ability to manage a large team and guide them to achieve functional objectives
- Stakeholder management including interaction with Site and corporate leadership team Ability to anticipate the issues in advance and put mitigation plan in place to mitigate business impactFull time
