  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the organization.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance and make improvements as needed.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve operational goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of operations with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to staff to enhance their performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational activities and outcomes to senior management.
