Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Branch Manager (PSF) Sales Manager, located in New Delhi. The role involves leading and managing sales teams to achieve business targets, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coaching and mentoring the sales team, tracking sales metrics, and ensuring adherence to company sales policies and guidelines. The candidate will also be responsible for motivating the team to meet organizational objectives and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Strong skills in Team Leadership and Training
  • Comprehensive understanding of Financial Services and Insurance Products
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in Business Development, Planning, and Execution
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
