Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Ludhiana for our CNC Department Manager/Supervisor. The individual will oversee the whole department, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining the quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Managing team operations, monitoring and maintaining CNC machinery
- Optimizing production processes, inspecting finished products, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Co-ordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Expertise in CNC machine operation, & setup
- Strong understanding of production management, quality control, and manufacturing processes
- Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations
- Prior experience in automotive component manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience
