Job Summary
A Food Chain Giant is looking for a proactive
Department Manager to oversee daily operations of the assigned store department. The role includes managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, and driving sales through effective merchandising and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day department operations
- Supervise and guide retail team members
- Ensure proper merchandising and stock availability
- Monitor inventory, expiry checks, and quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer experience and handle queries
- Track sales performance and support sales growth
- Managing Meat Counter, Cheese Counter, FMCG Counter, Breads & Bakery
- Other luxury food outlets
- Should have skills like Guest Focus, and with excellent knowledge of Food.
Eligibility
23 years of experience in retail, food retail, or hospitality operations. Diploma/Graduation in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Retail preferred.
