Department Operations
Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department to ensure smooth
functioning.
Ensure shelves and displays are well stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain store standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and product presentation.
Team Management
Supervise and guide Personal Shoppers / Retail Team Members.
Ensure proper staff allocation, training, and performance monitoring.
Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Customer Experience
Ensure customers receive a premium and personalized shopping experience.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Support customers in selecting gourmet food and specialty products.
Inventory & Quality Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team for replenishment.
Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO practices are followed.
Conduct regular expiry checks and quality inspections of products.
Sales & Performance
Track department sales performance and work towards achieving targets.
Suggest promotions, product placements, and merchandising ideas to increase sales.
Maintain department reports and operational records.
