Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Data Entry Operator (DEO) to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Excel, experience working with ERP software like
SAP, and prior experience in the logistics industry in a similar role. The DEO will be responsible for efficiently entering data, maintaining databases, and ensuring the accuracy of all information processed.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data into company systems (ERP, databases, and Excel).
- Generate reports and assist with warehouse executive as required.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to update inventory, shipments, and stock levels in ERP systems like SAP.
- Handle administrative tasks related to logistics operations, such as managing shipping documents and inventory records.
- Support the logistics department with timely and accurate data entry for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Excel Knowledge: Proficient in advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation.
- Software Working Knowledge: Experience with ERP software such as SAP is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Logistics in a similar data entry or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
