Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar for a Dentist. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental conditions, performing routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions, and developing treatment plans for patients. They will educate patients on oral hygiene practices, ensure infection control procedures are followed, and maintain patient records. Collaboration with the clinical team to provide effective and compassionate care is an essential aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in clinical dentistry, including diagnosing and treating oral and dental issues
• Competence in performing preventive, restorative, and specialty dental procedures
• Communication skills for explaining treatments and educating patients on oral hygiene
• Organizational skills for managing patient records and treatment plans
• Commitment to adherence to safety, sterilization, and infection control protocols
• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery/Medicine (BDS/MDS or equivalent)
• Valid dental licensure in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Empathy, professionalism, and a positive bedside manner
• Prior experience in general dentistry or specialized fields is advantageous
