Job Title: Dental Surgeon (Full-Time)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
Salary: 18,000 30,000 per month

About the Role
- We are hiring a Dental Surgeon to join our clinical team at Best Laser Dental Clinic & Implant Centre.
- The role involves providing routine dental care, and maintaining a smooth patient workflow. Training will be provided for digital dentistry and implant-related procedures.
Requirements
- BDS degree from a recognized institution.
- Preferred Female candidates from outside Chennai.
- To travel with us minimum 2 years.
- Time: Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm, Sunday half day.
- Special preferences will be given for candidates those who are interested in full mouth Prosthodontia.
- Examine patients teeth, gums, and oral tissues to diagnose dental conditions.
- Perform basic dental procedures such as tooth fillings, scaling, polishing, and extractions.
- Assist in advanced dental procedures and surgeries when required.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
Our specialized focus:
- The clinic's primary focus is 25% on laser dentistry and 75% on full-mouth implant dentistry.
- You will learn A to Z about the latest concepts and digital protocols in full mouth implantology and laser dentistry.
- Braces, root canal treatment and Pedo are not performed at our center, if your focus is on these areas kindly not apply.
What you will learn:
- All the latest technology: Digital photography, 3D CBCT Taking and analysis, 3D scanners, facial scanners, soft tissue laser, hard tissue lasers, digital bite technology
(T scan, innobyte, occlusense),
- 3D printing, 3D milling technology and CAD/CAM
- Beyond clinical skills you will also learn successful clinic management, team leadership, how to become a good team members, effective teamwork, and communication skills
- You will also learn principles like telephone etiquette,5s, kaizen, OKR, and 4DX
- You will also learn social media handling,video editing, promotion, and writing skills are also provided.
