Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Device Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Dental Device Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with dental professionals, and presenting product information and demonstrations to clients. The specialist will manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends and feedback to improve product offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dental devices, dental industry practices, or related fields
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and meet sales goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in medical or dental device sales is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other sales tools
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
