Dental Device Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Dental Device Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in the Pune Division. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with dental professionals, presenting and demonstrating dental aligner products, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include preparing sales reports, assisting in customer inquiries, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role also requires attending industry events and staying updated on dental technologies and trends to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with dental professionals.
• Sales and relationship management skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets.
• Basic understanding of dental products or devices is preferred; prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset to address client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and technical demonstration skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within the Pune Division as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or equivalent educational background is preferred.
