Role Overview-

We are seeking a BDS-qualified Dental Content Creator & Video Specialist who combines strong dental knowledge with creative content and video editing expertise. This role acts as a bridge between clinical accuracy and high performing digital content, ensuring dental products are communicated clearly, professionally, and engagingly across platforms. The ideal candidate understands dental products deeply, can guide and collaborate with creative teams, and is capable of conceptualizing, reviewing, and refining video and visual content that aligns with both brand goals and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities-

Content & Video Creation

Create and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, Ads, product demos).

Develop engaging dental product stories that balance clinical accuracy and marketing appeal.

Ensure strong visual storytelling and brand consistency across all video and visual assets.

Stay updated with platform trends, video formats, and algorithm changes to optimize performance. Dental Product & Clinical Expertise

Guide content creators and editors on dental products, materials, instruments, and their clinical applications.

Ensure all content uses correct dental terminology, product indications, and professional tone.

Review videos, visuals, scripts, and technical details for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before publishing.

Identify opportunities to showcase complementary products and real-world usage combinations. Collaboration & Quality Control.

Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align educational content with business objectives.

Define clear content frameworks, workflows, and quality benchmarks for interns and junior team members.

Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.

Maintain consistency across all brand communications and campaigns.

Requirements-

BDS qualification (mandatory).

Proven experience in content creation and/or video editing, preferably with established brands.

Strong understanding of dental products, materials, and clinical workflows.

Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.

Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and visual sensibility.

Ability to translate complex dental information into simple, engaging, and accurate content.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
