Job Description

We are looking for a Demo Specialist / Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves conducting discovery calls, delivering impactful product demos of our Cloud-based ERP SaaS solution, and converting prospective leads into paying clients. If you have strong communication skills, a technical mindset, and a passion for client engagement, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct discovery calls with leads to identify business requirements and pain points.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations (online/offline) for prospective and qualified clients.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and use cases to decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor demos to address their business needs.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer client queries.
  • Follow up after demos to handle objections and provide solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals or work closely with the sales team for successful closure.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and track discovery-to-demo and demo-to-conversion ratio.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve demo success rate.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the product team based on client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Any Degree or Masters Degree (Preferred: Business, Technology, or related fields).

Experience: 1-2 years in ERP / B2B SaaS / Cloud-based solutions.

Prior experience in product demo or pre-sales is a plus.
