Role Summary
The DCDP supports the CDP in managing a section and is responsible for preparing dishes under
supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CDP in food preparation and cooking
- Handle basic cooking tasks and mise en place
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the station
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Help in training Commis chefs
- Step up in absence of CDP when needed
Skills & Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Continental cooking
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Experience: 1–3 years
