Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled DCDP Continental Cuisine to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality continental dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes
- Assist Chef de Partie in managing kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI guidelines
- Handle mise en place and stock preparation efficiently
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff
- Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times
Requirements:- 35 years of experience in continental cuisine
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred
- Good knowledge of sauces, grills, and European dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills:- Experience in hotels, fine dining restaurants, or cloud kitchens
- Knowledge of food plating and presentation
- Basic understanding of inventory management
