Key Responsibilities- Execute dishes with precision, maintaining consistency and presentation standards
- Assist in preparation and service across sections as required
- Ensure mise en place is always organised and service-ready
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen discipline
- Work closely with the senior team to refine techniques and improve efficiency
What We're Looking For- Proven experience as a Commis I or DCDP, preferably in European cuisine
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, flavour balance, and plating
- Passion for food and a genuine interest in learning and evolving
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
