We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Demat Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of demat accounts and related financial services, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and provide assistance in the demat account opening process.
- Educate clients about the benefits of demat accounts and related services.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting demat services and products.
- Maintain and update client databases and records accurately.
- Address client queries and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to understand financial products and services related to demat accounts.
- Good analytical skills to assess client needs and provide customized solutions.
- High level of self-motivation and a target-oriented approach.
