Platform Development: You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of a core e-commerce platform. The role requires strong experience with complex implementations on the Demandware (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) platform with a Java backend.
Technical Leadership: You will lead a team of developers, guiding them through development and support tasks. This includes conducting code reviews, maintaining release schedules, and onboarding new team members.
Platform Governance: You will ensure the stable and safe use of Demandware resources by reviewing and mitigating error logs and performance issues. You'll also be responsible for ensuring web best practices are followed for e-commerce applications.
Support & Maintenance: Your duties will include ongoing ticket review, communicating status updates, performing impact analysis, and resolving tickets from end to end.
Required Skills: You should be proficient in Demandware foundational concepts, including Site Genesis, UX Studio, Pipelines, and ISML templates. You must also have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and experience with Scrum and an Agile development environment.
