Position: Demand & Supply Planner (13 Years)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop demand forecasts at multiple aggregation levels across different planning horizons, including NPIs.
- Act as the central coordinator for supply planning activities, ensuring product availability aligned with business targets and service levels.
- Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and external factors to generate accurate SKU-level forecasts across channels and regions.
- Monitor vendor delivery performance, fill rates, lead times, and compliance with agreed schedules.
- Track inbound supply and proactively identify risks to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stockouts.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels as per defined DOH norms while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
- Review inventory aging and develop liquidation to reduce write-offs.
- Support stock allocation, replenishment planning, and distribution across warehouses and sales channels.
- Maintain master data (SKU, Vendor, Price, etc.) ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems.
- Build dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead or support planning system implementations, enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and planning models.
- Understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting techniques, and replenishment logic.
- Ability to create dashboards and performance reports for planning KPIs.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
- Exposure to ERP systems.
- Supply chain certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or equivalent.
- Experience in multi-channel distribution, retail, or FMCG environments.
