Job Description

• Generate baseline forecast for touch SKUs.
• Ensure the models in the tool are refreshed regularly and produce optimal results (improve demand planning algorithms).
• Review baseline forecast outputs and validate as and when necessary with Market.
• Generate total demand forecast for no touch SKUs.
• Ensure the models in the tool are refreshed regularly and produce optimal results (improve demand planning algorithms).
• Run analysis to provide the assumptions to explain the outputs of the tool for Market Collaboration Planner.
• To generate and manage the total demand plan for all touch SKUs.
• Capture the baseline and manually cleanse if necessary.
• Challenge assumptions from Sales & Marketing Teams for forecast uplifts to baseline. Apply Sales & Marketing uplifts to baseline.

Primary Skills

• Prepare slide decks and assumptions for S&OP sign-off.
• Capture forecast changes in APO.
• Release total forecast in APO.
• Analyse and review forecast performance using weekly reports.
• Good Experience in Forecasting, S&OP, Forecast Analysis, Baseline creation.
• Hands on experience in Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Promotional SKU analysis, RCA, Customer handling.

Secondary Skills

• Hands on experience in KINAXIS,SAP APO planning books (preferred).
• Demonstrated decision making and problem-solvingskills.
• Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools,spreadsheet applications and presentations.
