Role Overview
The Manager – Demand (2W Swap) will be responsible for driving large-scale B2B demand across multiple regions by building high-impact channel partnerships, leading regional teams, and owning end-to-end demand strategy and execution. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to accelerate market penetration and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Strategy & Channel Expansion
- Define and execute regional demand strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build, scale, and optimize partnerships with dealerships, OEMs, financiers, and ecosystem players.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive sustained demand growth.
- Drive expansion into new geographies and strengthen presence in existing markets.
2.Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-city field sales and demand generation team.
- Set clear KPIs, drive performance management, and build a high-performance culture.
- Ensure strong team productivity, capability building, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply, operations, product, and marketing teams.
3.Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Own partner lifecycle management includes onboarding, engagement, and performance optimization.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (dealers, financiers, large accounts).
- Drive partner productivity, revenue contribution, and long-term engagement.
4. Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure seamless onboarding processes with strict adherence to compliance and quality standards.
- Continuously improve onboarding efficiency, turnaround time, and customer experience.
- Implement scalable processes and SOPs across regions.
5. Performance Management & Business Insights
- Own regional demand targets (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure consistent achievement.
- Monitor key metrics: onboarding numbers, conversion rates, partner productivity, and revenue contribution.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8+ years of experience in demand generation, channel sales, or regional business management (EV/Auto/Fintech preferred).
- Proven experience in managing multi-location teams and large-scale demand operations.
